Crawfish have to be alive when they are boiled.

We bring the equipment and boil on the spot. A boil is an afternoon of friends hanging out and sharing time together - not a sit down meal - at least not usually. More like a picnic.

We show up at your location, with all the corn, sausage, potatoes and live crawfish. We also bring disposable table cloths, heavy duty trash bags and plenty of paper towels (it's a hands on meal - no need for utensils).

You bring the crowd, drinks, snacks, dessert. You'll also need a table or two for the meal.

Some outdoor seating and some shade are great for relaxing and hanging out while the boil is happening, but then folks usually surround the table, wait for the boil to be dumped, then they just start peeling and eating.

We need an outdoor space with access to water (garden hose), and the boil is "on."

I’m not a polished caterer. Just pretty good at making crawfish that people seem to really enjoy.
